Indulge in the Chelsea Flower Show for inspiration

The Chelsea Flower Show (21 - 25 May) is the pinnacle of flower shows in the UK and even around the world. People flock to the Great Hospital site in Chelsea to marvel at the exquisite show gardens, floral marquee and gardening accessories. The start of the week even begins with a show full of celebrities, royalty and media channels producing TV and photographs of this prestigious event. But it’s not all about that, it’s all about the stunning gardens and plants.

Show gardens at Chelsea Flower Show

When planning your time at any garden show it should be high up on your list to take the time to get inspiration from the show gardens along Main Avenue. At Chelsea Flower Show they are of an exceptionally high standard and can be either quite abstract or more achievable at home. Either way, you will see plenty of gorgeous plants and be able to take away some visions of your own. If the designer is at the show garden, take the time to chat if they can and find out more. The planting will give you an idea of current trends in plants, colours and styles.
